Letoduz is Letrozole 2.5 mg (USP). Letrozole is approved for induction of ovulation in anovulatory infertility.

Letrozole is an aromataze inhibitor. Letrozole helps in suppressing ovarian E2 secretion. In turn, reduces estrogen-negative feedback at pituitary and mediobasal hypothalamus. Increases FSH secretion from anterior pituitary stimulates growth of multiple ovarian follicle.
